NDT formed in 2014 in response to the need for a full service, responsive, and nationwide equipment rental company specifically tailored to the restoration industry. That same summer, we responded to our first large loss project, one that involved over one million square feet of affected space. Since then, we have evolved into a full-service solution provider, across a variety of industries, and capable of responding to any project, from the smallest, most routine, to the largest and most complex.
As NDT has grown, we have continually reflected on how we can adapt, improve, and better meet the needs of our customers and the industries we serve. Through that self-reflection, we identified five Core Values that drive our success more than any process improvement or material acquisition. These Core Values demonstrate our commitment to a positive, professional, and performance-oriented culture and customer experience, and we strive to exemplify them as individuals and as an organization.
